The new Palazzo Missori is a symbol of innovation and sustainability in Milan's urban landscape. The 18,500 square metre building, skilfully renovated by Park Associati, perfectly blends respect for the past and a contemporary vision of productivity and psychophysical well-being by converging both public and private spaces.
Palazzo Missori opens up to the city by creating a new pedestrian outdoor space. This area, which has been designed to encourage people to get together and socialise, transforms the urban experience by connecting the building with Milan’s vibrant urban fabric. The pedestrian zone, enriched with street furniture, is an invitation for moments of leisure, with a new view of one of the most dynamic corners of the city, Piazza Missori.
The renovated inner courtyard of Palazzo Missori is a central element in the redevelopment project. In this outdoor space, both natural and aesthetic components combine to create an ideal environment for breaks during the working day. The courtyard is designed not only as a place that promotes well-being; it is also an inspiring environment for meetings and more informal moments, immersed in a serene and invigorating atmosphere.
By obtaining environmental certifications such as LEED Platinum, WELL, BREEAM and WiredScore, the new Palazzo Missori sets new standards for sustainable buildings.
